History Tutor looking for KS3 & KS4 students

I have an undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts (BA Hons) 2.1, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) for Secondary School History.

Since I come from an interdisciplinary academic background, my specialism is in connecting and linking different contexts, and exploring second order concepts (such as chronology, significance, cause & consequence, change & continuity, etc) in depth and breadth.

My interest in history is focused more on modern history, especially 20th century History - although pockets of earlier history such as African Kingdoms, the Renaissance, The Islamic Golden Age, Ancient Greeks and the Romans are of equal fascination to me.

I can tutor, provide lessons, create mock papers/exams/questions, and adapt for specific SEN/SEMH needs. Having also worked previously in the capacity of a 1-2-1 SEN & 1-2-1 SEMH Teaching Assistant, my ability to uniquely tailor lessons and resources to the student is much higher than your standard Tutor/Teacher.
