Online Maths Tutor Offering 1-1 Support For KS3 Students

I’m Luna, a maths tutor specialising in Key Stage 3.

I hold a First Class Honours degree in Accounting & Finance and I achieved a grade A in GCSE Maths. I have previous tutoring experience at Magikats Tuition Centre as well as at Bookmark, a non-profit organisation.

I create a calm, encouraging space, helping students feel more comfortable and less anxious about maths. My lessons begin by identifying the topics students are currently covering at school and any areas they find challenging. From there, I create focused sessions that break down concepts step-by-step, using clear explanations and worked examples before guiding students through practice questions. I regularly use past-paper style questions to help students prepare for assessments with confidence. I can also provide additional resources for students to use between sessions to ensure steady progress, but this is optional and dependent on the student's goals.

Each session is 50 minutes and delivered 1-to-1 online via Google Meet, allowing lessons to be fully tailored to your child’s needs. Sessions are priced at £30 per 50 minutes.
