I am an English Language and Literature teacher with nearly 20 years’ experience teaching across KS3, GCSE and A level in both state and private schools. I hold a BA degree in English Literature, a Master’s degree and PGCSE, am a fully qualified teacher, and currently work as a GCSE examiner with AQA, giving me valuable insight into assessment and exam success. Alongside my classroom teaching, I have over a year’s experience as a tutor, which I find enormously rewarding. I am passionate about my subject, and I enjoy supporting students to achieve their best possible grades. Above all, I aim to help learners grow in confidence, developing the skills they need to communicate with clarity, creativity and enjoyment.
