Psychology Lecturer - Online - 20 years Experience

I have 25 years lecturing experience. I am a joint honours graduate of Psychology & Sport Science. My teaching of psychology has been over the last 10 years within psychology, criminology and uniformed services Level 1 to 3 BTEC National Diploma, GCSE and A-Level. In particular, Social Psychology, Criminal Psychology, and Prison Services. I thoroughly enjoyed the responsibility of delivering the units using my strong classroom presence and evidence based practice’s. This is supported by my membership to the Society for Education and Training (SET) and Education & Training Foundation.
My current online teaching role as a subject specialist in psychology, criminology and research methods, is for an international company delivering the International Baccalaureate qualification to a classroom of students around the world. The position has equipped me with the ability to design structured and engaging webinars through Zoom, combining technical fluency with interactive, learner-centered methodologies. I actively collaborate with program organizers to tailor the content and structure of each session, selecting dynamic and participatory activities to ensure an engaging learning experience. My experience includes setting up and managing online tools required to facilitate learning and adapting these based on participant feedback, contributing to an optimized and supportive learning environment.
