I am a highly motivated MSc Psychology graduate from The Open University, with a strong academic background in theory, research methods, and applied psychology. I hold a Distinction in my MSc and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, having completed in-depth research projects exploring mental well-being, social psychology, and the benefits of outdoor activity on mental health.
Alongside my studies, I have worked with individuals and groups in professional and therapeutic settings. I have worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in an inpatient mental health setting, providing assessments, therapeutic support, and group interventions for patients. I also have a long-standing background as a Group Fitness Instructor, developing skills in communication, adaptability, and building rapport with diverse groups.
