I’m a Registered Mental Health Nurse, First Contact Mental Health Practitioner and Independent Prescriber with experience across community and primary care. I understand how overwhelming nurse training can sometimes feel, so my aim is to make learning practical, supportive and enjoyable. I can help with assessments, risk, medication, clinical reasoning, documentation and placement preparation, while providing a safe space to ask questions and build confidence.
