I have engaged in various activities that have given me essential skills and confidence in my abilities.
I have practised Nearu, a martial art, which has not only led me to a brown belt but has also improved my self-defence techniques and provided me with lessons in patience and leadership as I assisted in teaching less experienced students. Additionally, achieving the bronze level in the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme allowed me to work with younger students, guiding them in organising their weekly planners during school hours.
Furthermore, my dedication to learning the violin to a proficient level has seen me perform in orchestras and chamber groups across Sandwell, including solo performances.
