In lessons, the first step is always to find out what the student already knows and where they feel least confident. From there, I break each topic into small, clear steps, using simple examples before moving to harder, exam‑style questions. I constantly ask the student to talk through their reasoning so I can spot and fix misunderstandings early, rather than just showing them solutions. As they improve, I gradually reduce the help I give, so they learn to solve problems independently and build real exam confidence.
