Learner centred tutorials - designed at a suitable pace and level

The learner's current level is assessed through an Initial Assessment and strength/weaknesses in depth through a Diagnostic Assessment. These are completed in small chunks for specific topics so it is not too daunting. Tutorials are learner centred and I encourage active participation. Explanations and methodology are simple and effective.
My style will be developed and planned over the first four tutorials based on my active listening and observations of how your son learns best. I design lessons to be enjoyable and engaging. Mini assessments through questions are frequently incoporated to identify the level of progress quantitativly. I have over eight years experience at KS2, KS3, KS4 and 11+, 13+ of differing abilities.
Only the very best resources are used, including any necessary books. Lessons are always varied and interesting, the styles can be : visual, using power point, interactive or even simply the wipe board and pen ; auditory style using a close coaching discussion style ; kinesthetic, here the appropriate resources are used and delivered using an overhead webcam, all included in the fee.
