GCSE Maths Tutor | Friendly, Patient & Personalised 1-to-1 Lessons

I’m a university student and Maths tutor offering personalised 1-to-1 lessons for KS3 and GCSE students. I support students working towards both Foundation and Higher GCSE Maths, with lessons tailored to their individual level, goals and areas they find challenging.

As a university student, I’ve been in my students’ shoes myself not too long ago. I understand the pressure that comes with exams, revision and feeling like everyone else understands something that you don’t. I know how overwhelming Maths can feel, which is why I aim to make my lessons relaxed, supportive and encouraging.

I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, without feeling embarrassed or pressured. I explain topics clearly and step-by-step, adapting my teaching to each student and finding different ways to explain something if they don’t understand it the first time. My aim is to make Maths feel more manageable while helping students build their confidence and make steady progress.
