SEN Teacher working with SEMH. Role has included major adaptability, creativity and thinking outside the box. Strong believer in cross curricular learning whilst developing social and developmental skills- individually and as a group. Lessons are chunked and will always involve some form of hands on or sensory based reinforcement of learning rounding off with social or personal development based tasks. It is all about the individuals needs and the best ways to challenge and grow them.
