Advert description
My coaching approach is student‑centred, strengths‑based, and tailored to the individual needs of each student. Rather than teaching content, I coach students to develop the skills, strategies, and self‑awareness they need to manage their studies and wider student life more effectively.
As a certified ADHD life coach, I work collaboratively with students to understand how their brain works and what challenges they face, such as procrastination, time management difficulties, overwhelm, low motivation, or confidence issues. Together, we break goals into manageable steps and create practical, realistic strategies that fit the student’s lifestyle and learning style.
Sessions are supportive, non‑judgemental, and solution‑focused. I use structured coaching conversations, reflective questioning, and practical tools to help students build organisation, emotional regulation, consistency, and self‑belief. I also encourage accountability and progress tracking, while remaining flexible and compassionate when challenges arise.
My aim is to empower students to become more independent, confident, and resilient, equipping them with transferable skills they can use throughout their education and beyond.
