My sessions are tailored to each student, combining practical study support with tools that improve focus, energy and confidence.
We may work on organisation, revision strategies and exam preparation, while also addressing common challenges such as overwhelm, lack of motivation or difficulty concentrating.
What makes my approach different is that I don’t focus on study skills alone. I help students understand how stress, sleep and breathing impact their ability to learn, and I introduce simple techniques to support better focus and calm.
Sessions are structured and purposeful, but also supportive and relaxed so students feel comfortable and engaged.
With experience teaching GCSE, A Level and BTEC, I bring both academic understanding and a wider skillset that helps students perform at their best, not just work harder.
