Having taught GCSE, A Level and BTEC courses, I understand both the academic demands and the pressure students experience.
I go beyond traditional tutoring by supporting not only study skills and mindset, but also the key factors that affect focus, energy and confidence. Through simple, practical tools to manage stress, improve sleep and optimise breathing, I help students feel calmer, clearer and more in control.
