My name is Ruqayyah and I am a native British English speaker from the UK and a CELTA-qualified teacher. I have experience teaching English as a second language to students across the globe. Whether you are looking to improve your English for travel, work or as a hobby, or improve your everyday communication, I am happy to support you. I am also an English teacher to native English speakers who want to refine their communication skills. I can support you with CV writing, job applications, academic writing and practising conversational English to build your confidence. I support my students with reading, writing, grammar, punctuation, vocabulary and everyday conversations. My lessons are tailored around your needs. When we first meet, we will discuss your goals and create a practical plan to achieve them. My lessons are interactive, and I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I plan my lessons so you have plenty of opportunities to practise using the language, as I believe the best way to learn is by doing.
