Chemistry or Maths Tutor for students up to GCSE level

I took Chemistry at GCSE and A level, getting a grade 9 and an A, and now do Medicine at Cambridge University, which has an emphasis on chemistry, practical and maths skills. My lessons will be fairly relaxed and informal, and aim to improve both understanding as well as exam skills, with a personalised curriculum, focusing on areas you're unfamiliar with!
