University student providing both in-person and online lessons for GCSE Maths and Physics

I have recently finished the 3rd year of a 4-year Integrated Masters Degree course in Physics at the University of Manchester, and have started offering tutoring in Maths and Physics up to GCSE level for all Secondary School students. My aim is to create a supportive and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions and are motivated to do their best.

Lessons are specialised to suit the needs of each individual tutee. My primary aim is to discover which aspects of a given subject/topic are causing the most struggle or confusion and break them down into easily understood steps. Basic problems will be used to test the tutee's understanding, and will become progressively more challenging to reinforce their knowledge.
