Advert description
I support students and adults who find it difficult to start tasks, stay focused, or manage overwhelm, particularly where ADHD, AuDHD, anxiety, or executive function challenges are involved.
My approach is practical, supportive, and non-judgemental. Rather than trying to force productivity, we look at what is getting in the way and find ways to work with how your brain actually functions.
I have over 14 years’ experience as a coach and therapist, and I am also a qualified teacher of adults. Earlier in my career I worked in Further Education as a personal tutor, supporting students aged 16-19+ in both 1 - 1 and group settings. This included helping with organisation, study skills, coursework, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
I can help you with:
- Managing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation
- Body doubling sessions (1-1 or small group) for focus and follow through
- Planning and prioritisation
- Task breakdown and getting started
- Time management and self-organisation
- Communication skills, including confidence in public speaking
- Self advocacy, including setting boundaries and expressing your needs clearly
Who I work with:
- Adults who are struggling with focus, motivation, or follow through
- Mature students returning to study
- Students aged 16+ (A levels, undergraduate, postgraduate)
Sessions are 60 minutes and are tailored to what you need, whether that is body-doubling, practical support with a task, space to work through what’s making things feel difficult, or time for self-regulation.
Please reach out if you have any questions.
I look forward to supporting you.
Warmest wishes, Gill
