University of Bath Physics Student | Experienced GCSE & A-Level Physics Tutor | Clear, Engaging Lessons

I’m a first-year Physics student at the University of Bath with a strong background in both physics and maths. Having studied Physics through GCSE and A-Level and now continuing it at university, I have a solid understanding of the subject and the mathematical skills that underpin it.

I have plenty of tutoring experience from working at a tutoring centre as well as tutoring students privately. Through this, I’ve worked with students of different ages and abilities and learnt how important it is to adapt explanations to the individual rather than relying on one way of teaching.

Physics can often feel difficult because understanding the concepts and knowing how to apply them to exam questions are two different skills. I focus on building both. I aim to break down more complicated ideas into something intuitive and understandable, before working through problems together and gradually building towards more challenging questions
