I will teach through a student-centered and interactive approach. I will first assess the learner’s level and understand their learning needs and goals. I will then prepare simple, clear lessons using explanations, examples, questions, discussions, and practical activities. Since the job is remote, I will use online tools such as video calls, presentations, digital notes, quizzes, and assignments to make lessons engaging. I will encourage students to ask questions and participate actively rather than only listening. I will regularly assess their understanding through short exercises and feedback, then adjust my teaching methods where necessary. My goal is to create a supportive online learning environment where every student can understand the lesson, improve their skills, and gain confidence. I will also maintain professionalism, punctuality, patience, and clear communication throughout the learning process.
