Advert description
I am a life coach with 15 years of diverse experience who will be helping you shape your study habits and time management. I would love to help in finding the best ways speedy progress in achieving study and life goals. I am a Life Coach with over 15 years of diverse professional and personal development experience, and I am passionate about helping individuals make meaningful and sustainable progress towards their study, career, and life goals. Throughout my experience in coaching, education, training, and leadership, I have worked with people from different backgrounds, abilities, and stages of life. This has helped me develop a practical understanding of the challenges people face when trying to stay motivated, manage their time effectively and achieve their ambitions. As your coach, I aim to help you develop a clear and realistic approach to your studies and personal goals. I understand that having goals is often easier than taking consistent action towards them. Students and professionals may struggle with procrastination, lack of motivation, poor organisation, distractions, stress or uncertainty about where to begin. My role is to help you identify the barriers that are affecting your progress and work with you to develop practical strategies that fit your individual circumstances. One of the main areas I focus on is developing effective study habits. Rather than simply encouraging you to study for longer hours, I help you understand how to make your available study time more productive. This may include creating realistic study routines, setting priorities, breaking larger tasks into manageable steps, establishing achievable daily and weekly targets, and developing strategies to remain focused. The objective is to help you build habits that can be maintained over time rather than relying on short periods of intense motivation. Time management is another important part of my coaching approach. Many people feel that they do not have enough time because their responsibilities are not properly organised. I can help you examine how you currently use your time, identify activities that may be taking attention away from your priorities, and develop a structured schedule that balances study, work, family, rest, and personal development. Together, we can create a system that gives you greater control over your day and helps you make steady progress.
