In addition to my professional background in finance and customer service, I have also spent time in Bangkok teaching English to Thai children, further developing my communication, patience, and adaptability skills. Working with young learners from diverse backgrounds has sharpened my ability to explain complex information clearly and simply, build rapport quickly, and remain calm and effective under pressure, qualities I bring directly to customer-facing and credit control environments.
