History tutor who teaches GSCE or A-level histroy

I currently tutor both GSCE history to a year 10 student who was struggling with history and in their most recent exam they turned a fail to a very strong pass (grade 6). I like to use a variety of methods to teach and improve students. For example, I like to use flashcards for key terms or dates. I also enjoy helping students with the big exam questions by walking them through step by step to ensure they fully understand whats happening. I also enjoy teaching some of the content and find fun and engaging ways to present it. I studied GSCE and A-level history achieving a grade B in both. I currently study Philosophy at university. I am a very kind, friendly, and understanding person who wants to push you and get the best result possible!
