My sociology lessons are designed to be engaging, supportive, and fully tailored to each student’s needs. Whether you’re studying GCSE or A Level, I structure sessions to match your exam board and current topics, so everything we cover is directly relevant and useful.

A typical lesson begins with a quick recap of previous content to reinforce understanding and build confidence. We then move into the main topic, where I break down key theories, concepts, and thinkers in a clear and accessible way. I like to use real-life examples and current issues to bring sociology to life, making it easier to understand and remember. Lessons are interactive, so you’ll be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and develop your own sociological thinking.

A strong focus of my teaching is exam technique. We regularly practise exam-style questions, work on structuring essays, and go through model answers so you know exactly what examiners are looking for. I also provide feedback and tips to help you improve your grades effectively.

My lessons are conducted through google meet, teams or whatsapp call. I will email you the relevant content before the lesson, ensuring preparation from both ends. If there is a specific topic you would like to focus on, we can absolutely do that too.

As a current sociology degree student, I have up-to-date knowledge of the subject and a genuine passion for it, which I aim to pass on to my students. I offer both long-term support and one-off sessions for specific topics or exam preparation, depending on what you need.
