Bonjour – or should I say Hello!

My name is Ynes, and I’m a native French speaker with one goal: to help you become confident and fluent in French!

In our first lesson, I’ll take the time to understand your current level and your goals. Then, I’ll create a personalised learning plan tailored to your needs and interests.

As someone who had to learn English myself (and I'm still learning!), I understand how challenging learning a new language can be. This experience helps me relate to your struggles and adapt my teaching accordingly.

Although I’m not a professional tutor, I’m currently a pharmacy student, and I’ve always loved helping others learn. Back in secondary school, I even started a peer mentoring group to support classmates in subjects like maths and history.

Thanks to my background—Cameroonian heritage, growing up in France and later in Gabon—I have a broad perspective on French and Francophone cultures, which I believe is essential when learning a language.
