I use a flexible teaching system by providing the lesson and support as well as asking the students how they prefer to learn whether they prefer visual learning or practical learning etc and I can adapt my teaching to their learning style to help ensure they learn to the best of their ability. Since I will be working mainly with children I will be using more visual and auditory teaching styles with colours and sounds to help them learn English in a fun way. I’m a very understanding and approachable bubbly person and most kids I’ve taught really like me and think I’m a great teacher. I personally love working with children and I think I’m good at teaching as I am very patient and keen on supporting children with learning and understanding tasks and subjects so I will do my very best to help students to learn English to the best of my ability and ensure they are not confused about anything and can learn easily and feel comfortable with me to ask me questions and let me know from their perspective what they like about my lessons and what they don’t and what I should do more of etc. I like to base my teaching surrounding no specific curriculum or system it is very much student based and on what they like and how they learn best especially remotely it’s important to ensure they’re focused and not distracted and how I can help in those areas for support.
