My lessons are engaging and enjoyable, with most topics introduced through authentic, spontaneous conversation. Nonetheless, I firmly advocate the importance of a thorough grasp of grammar as a foundation for developing greater fluency and confidence in using the language intuitively.

I encourage students to take ownership of their learning journey, actively incorporating their interests, goals, and preferences into each lesson. Some are keen to explore literature, others wish to develop their business Spanish, while some are preparing for specific examinations. I customise my sessions to suit each student's individual requirements and needs.

My lessons generally incorporate clear grammatical explanations, engaging conversation, reading practice, translation, and targeted grammar exercises. Adult learners are free to decide whether they wish to complete homework, and I am happy to provide additional tasks and resources tailored to their preferences at no extra cost.
