Hello my name is winner and by the end you will have in depth knowledge of tort laws such as occupiers liability ola 1957 and 1984, nuisance, ryland v fletcher, negligence, psychiatric harm, vicarious liability and economic loss, I tutor online via teams, face time and zoom. I attend open court 2 twice a week during my breaks at college so I get an insight into how the law works and is implemented, I am currently a college student I study a level law, philosophy, criminology and EPQ.
