I am a patient and supportive English tutor with a TEFL certificate and experience teaching children while volunteering in Sri Lanka. I enjoy helping students feel more confident in English and creating a calm, encouraging learning environment where they can make progress at their own pace.
My lessons are adapted to each student’s level, needs, and goals. I can help with grammar, reading, writing, homework, vocabulary, and general English skills, as well as building confidence in speaking and understanding the language more clearly. I aim to explain things in a simple and clear way, so students feel comfortable asking questions and learning without pressure.
I work well with children and young learners, and I understand that every student learns differently. Some need more practice, some need more encouragement, and some need help staying organised and focused. I always try to adjust my teaching style to what works best for the student.
My lessons are friendly, organised, and focused on steady improvement. I use clear explanations, practice exercises, and supportive feedback to help students strengthen their skills step by step. My goal is not only to help students with schoolwork, but also to help them feel more confident and positive about English.
