What are my lessons like? Practical, personal, and built around you.

I teach using a flipped, student-centred approach. Before we meet, you explore real materials, a short video, article, or workplace scenario. In class, we don't do lectures. We use the time to practice, discuss, problem-solve, and apply language to your actual job. You lead the discovery, I guide, correct, and stretch your thinking.

Sessions are online, one-to-one or small groups, usually 60 to 90 minutes. Every programme starts with a clear needs analysis, your role, goals, and communication challenges. From there I build bespoke content, not generic textbooks. If you work in finance, we work with reports, meetings, and stakeholder emails. If you are in IT, we tackle stand-ups, documentation, and client calls.

We also record key language, review your real writing, and simulate tough conversations so you build confidence under pressure. Lessons stay interactive, supportive, and focused on measurable outcomes, not just covering material for the sake of it in your role.

My work is grounded in reflective practice, academic integrity, intercultural awareness, and continuous professional development. I have designed and delivered bespoke online English programmes for finance and IT professionals across Europe, improving workplace communication performance through targeted, outcome-driven instruction.
