About me

What motivates me to be a coach is the possible difference I can contribute to the world specifically regarding to people's ability to be confident, brave and happy. I believe that what people are missing is the ability to live through an honest expression for themselves because they have never deemed it important or even possible out of the fear of not fitting in and for others just because they have never even considered it.

The way people are going to get to their honest expression of themselves is through the process of self-discovery though Socratic questioning, empathy and an unforgettable experience. People want the results but they also want to be lead and lead themselves through to the other side, their own hero’s journey. And as a coach I must facilitate and co create a space encourages fearlessness, experimentation, love, relationships with other, performance and non judgment, along side honesty and integrity. Essentially people are able to recreate or redesign their own philosophy through coaching as a way to liberate themselves of constraints. This does not mean that they move away from their religion. It means that they are not afraid to live and see reality as it is, or the truth of their situation and then have the bravery, the fearlessness to create and live in an invented future that they have created for themselves, that they become completed to see through that possibility with commitment and integrity. And then not be afraid to create more and more possibility for who they would like to be and what they would like to become of their life. Not with the desperation of achieving their goals but with an excitement of being authentic and having the ability to have a say in the matter of their life.

The theoretical principles that heavily Underpin my coaching style are Mindfulness, NLP and Ontology which provides a way to make sense of, the multi-dimensional nature of humans as biological, linguistic, emotional, somatic, cultural, historical and spiritual beings. My practice has developed by adopting the philosophy that my clients have all the knowledge they need inside of them and I am there to act as a mirror rather than be someone who gives life advice or acts just as a cheerleader. I have learnt that my clients need a coach who is empathetic just as they are grounded in their own values. I do understand and practice the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
