I am a physics graduate student holding multiple academic distinctions, and I am currently doing PhD in astrophysics in France. I have a strong academic background in mathematics, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning. I regularly use mathematics, statistics, and programming in research, which allows me to explain both fundamental ideas and more challenging concepts with confidence.
Currently, I am offering online tutoring in Physics and Mathematics for GCSE, IGCSE, GCE A Level, International A Level, and O Level students. I can support students with core syllabus content, exam preparation, past-paper practice, problem-solving techniques, and revision planning.
My teaching style focuses on understanding rather than memorisation. I break difficult topics into clear, manageable steps and help students understand why a method works before asking them to apply it independently. In mathematics, this includes building confidence with algebra, trigonometry, calculus, mechanics, statistics, and problem-solving. In Physics, I focus on connecting equations with physical intuition so that students can approach unfamiliar exam questions logically rather than relying only on memorised formulas. I also hold dedicated exam solving sessions for students.
I can also help students improve their examination technique by working through structured questions, calculations, graphs, data analysis, and common mistakes found in past papers.
My goal is to create a patient and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, identifying weaknesses, and gradually becoming independent problem solvers. Lessons can be adapted to the student's exam board, current level, and individual academic goals.
