Viviana Molina Rico

I am a Psychologist from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia graduated in 2008 with an emphasis in Fine Arts, Art in General and Art History. I have a Masters degree in Art Psychotherapy from the University of Goldsmiths in London, England I have advanced verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.

Throughout ten years of experience in private practice in the U.K and in Colombia, I have delivered Art Psychotherapy sessions treating various kinds of mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, body image dysmorphia, behavioral difficulties and ADHD in children, adolescents and adults. I also have experience in creating and implementing psycho-educational and mental health workshops by using art therapy encompassing socio-emotional learning and Cognitive behavioral Therapy. These workshops are aimed at providing supportive emotional wellbeing for all patients and clients.

I currently work in my private practice developing virtual and in-person Art Psychotherapy, and CBT sessions for expatriate children, their families, adults and couples, with emphasis on themes relating to third culture kids, adaptation, emotional management, identity development, self-esteem, anxiety management, depression, suicidal tendencies and attachment.
