My lessons are interactive, structured and tailored to you. I don’t believe in simply talking at you or getting you to memorise endless information — my aim is to help you genuinely understand psychology and feel confident applying what you’ve learned when those exams inevitably come around every year!

We’ll break down those key theories, researchers and psychological concepts into clear, manageable sections, using real-world examples, discussion and questions to bring the material to life. Depending on your goals, we can also work through exam questions, essay structure, research methods and how to apply theories to different scenarios.

I’ll adapt each session to your level, learning style and areas of difficulty, whether you need help mastering the fundamentals or want to deepen your understanding beyond the syllabus.

With experience across psychology at A-Level, undergraduate and postgraduate level, and as a current doctoral student in Counselling Psychology, I can help you see psychology not just as a subject to study, but as a subject matters that teaches us how to understand human behaviour and the way our mind works.
