My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person is naturally resourceful, creative, and whole. You are not a "problem to be fixed," but a person to be understood and supported. My role is to act as your co-pilot; while you are in the driving seat, I hold up the map and help you explore the terrain of your inner world.
My Experience & Methods:
I am an ICF trained coach and I integrate active listening, powerful questioning, and empathetic reflection. In our sessions, we will explore the what, the who, and the how. We won’t just talk about what to do; we will explore the deeper connections to your identity and your path. My sessions are highly collaborative and tailored to your unique pace and needs. Whether you are a professional facing high-pressure environments, a student navigating university stress, or someone seeking deeper personal growth, I am here to hold space for your thoughts and feelings and for your core values to emerge.
What Our Coaching Sessions Look Like:
We combine practical goal-setting with deep internal work. Using Mindfulness and Compassion-focused practices, alongside Powerful Questions, you will be empowered to:
- Understand the Inner Critic: Move away from harsh self-judgment toward a supportive internal dialogue.
- Prevent Burnout: Learn to recognize your limits and build sustainable self-care habits.
- Gain Clarity: Navigate life transitions or professional crossroads with a calm, present mind.
- Take Aligned Action: Move toward your goals in a way that feels authentic, not forced.
Format:
Sessions are conducted online, offering you the comfort and privacy of your own space. I offer a free initial 15-minute discovery call to ensure our personalities and ways of working match, as the relationship between coach and client is the foundation of all progress.

I have worked in education for over 19 years, in a variety of school systems in Romania, England, China, and Thailand. I have taught General English, prepared students for IELTS and CAE exams, taught Language Acquisition and Language and Literature in IB International Schools, and Oral English to University Students. I also trained English Teachers for one year in China.
Our classes will be tailored to your needs. A needs assessment ill be done at the beginning and we will co-create a personalised plan for your learning.
