Victoria Baez

I am a tutor with more than ten years of experience helping children, teenagers and adults to fill in their knowledge gaps, love the subject, develop skills, broaden their minds and become successful individuals with a positive outlook of life. In primary school I teach English, Maths and Spanish. In secondary I teach English Language and Literature, ESOL, Spanish and Functional Skills.

I am a native speaker of Spanish, with a passion for teaching and experience with child centered methodologies and teaching groups of children with mixabilities .

I encourage my students to have high aims and become independent learners, critical thinkers and productive individuals in the society. I have a strong track record of transforming troublesome students into high achievers. I am a friendly meticulous team player who strives to achieve the best results from all pupils. I also bring my enthusiasm, motivation, joy and uniqueness. I have a DBS and teaching qualifications.
