Victor Amoateng Opoku

I am a patient and supportive tutor with a BSc in Biological Sciences and an MSc from Middlesex University. I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school, where I support students with a range of learning needs.

My approach is to make Biology and Science easier to understand by breaking difficult topics into simple, manageable steps. At the beginning of a lesson, I identify what the student already understands and where they need support. I then use clear explanations, examples, questions and practice activities to build their understanding and confidence.

I can support students with Biology and Science topics, exam preparation, revision and understanding coursework or assignment questions. I can also help with planning and structuring academic work, research skills and improving written work while helping students develop the skills to complete their assignments independently.

I understand that students learn at different speeds, so my lessons are adapted to the individual. I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.

I am available mainly for online lessons during evenings and weekends.
