I have experience teaching students of different ages, cultures, learning styles, and abilities, both online and in person. My lessons are designed to help students feel relaxed, engaged, motivated, and confident so that learning becomes enjoyable rather than stressful.

I believe that emotional wellbeing and confidence play a huge role in academic success. Many students struggle not because they lack intelligence, but because they feel overwhelmed, anxious, discouraged, or disconnected from the learning process. My coaching and teaching approach helps students develop resilience, communication skills, self-belief, emotional regulation, and healthier study habits.

Having lived and worked internationally in places including Hong Kong, Bangkok, Barcelona, and London, I bring a broad cultural perspective and strong communication skills to my sessions. I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel safe to express themselves, ask questions, and grow both academically and personally.

I am patient, empathetic, creative, and passionate about helping students reach their potential.

In addition to teaching languages and life coaching, I also have experience supporting students with presentation skills, conversational confidence, interview preparation, public speaking, mindset, motivation, and personal development. I enjoy helping students discover their strengths and encouraging them to become more independent, curious, and self-assured learners.

My teaching style is dynamic, interactive, and student-centred. I adapt my lessons according to each student’s goals, personality, interests, and pace of learning. I believe students learn best when they feel emotionally safe, interested in the topic, and genuinely connected to the learning process. I often incorporate real-world topics, creativity, culture, wellbeing, and practical communication skills into lessons to make them more engaging and meaningful.

Alongside my educational background, I have trained in yoga, Pilates, breathwork, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing practices, which allows me to support students with stress management, focus, emotional balance, and nervous-system regulation techniques that can improve both wellbeing and academic performance.

I am passionate about helping people grow not only academically, but also emotionally and personally. My aim is to empower students to feel calmer, more resilient, more confident, and more optimistic about their future. I bring warmth, patience, empathy, encouragement, and positive energy into my sessions, and I genuinely care about helping students succeed and thrive in all areas of life.

I also understand the importance of building trust and creating a positive connection with students, especially those who may have lost confidence in themselves or had difficult experiences in education. I encourage open communication, curiosity, and self-expression, while maintaining a professional and supportive learning environment.

My international experience, combined with my background in education and wellbeing, allows me to connect with students from many different backgrounds and cultures. I am committed to continuous learning and personal growth, and I bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and dedication to every lesson and coaching session that I provide.
