Hi! I’m Valeria, a friendly, patient and approachable tutor who enjoys helping students feel more confident in their learning.

I have previous experience providing one-to-one tutoring and understand that every student learns differently. I therefore take a personalised approach, adapting my lessons to each student’s individual needs, level, learning style and goals.

My lessons are relaxed, supportive and interactive. I like to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and taking their time to understand new material. Rather than simply giving students information to memorise, I encourage them to actively participate through questions, discussions, examples and practical exercises.

At the beginning of our lessons, I like to understand what the student would like to achieve and which areas they find most challenging. We can then work together to create a clear and manageable approach. I am happy to adapt lessons as we go, focusing more time on areas where a student needs additional support.

I aim to make lessons engaging and enjoyable while still being structured and productive. Whether you are looking for extra academic support, preparing for exams, improving your confidence or learning something new, I will do my best to make each lesson useful and suited to you.

I’m organised, reliable and patient, and I genuinely enjoy seeing students make progress and become more confident in their abilities. My goal is for you to leave each lesson feeling that you have learned something valuable and are one step closer to achieving your goals.
