The Format & Dynamics
Lessons are conducted fully remote, allowing you to train comfortably from anywhere. Each session starts with a quick goals check-in, followed by a targeted workout and a guided cool-down. I break down exercises clearly over video, ensuring you learn the correct techniques, train safely, and stay highly motivated throughout. To help you stay consistent, I also create straightforward workout plans to keep you on track between our live sessions.

I am a certified Level 2 Gym Instructor currently finishing my Level 3 Personal Training qualification, and I am Workplace First Aid trained. I also bring over a year of professional experience working within the premier health and wellbeing sector at Nuffield Health.
