Tyla Fegan

I’m a qualified and passionate English tutor with several years of experience teaching English as a foreign language to students of all ages and levels. My lessons are designed to be engaging, supportive, and tailored to your personal goals—whether you're learning English for school, work, travel, or everyday conversation.

In our lessons, I focus on building all four core skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I use a communicative and student-centered approach, which means you’ll be actively using English throughout the lesson in realistic and practical ways. I incorporate a wide variety of materials, such as visuals, roleplays, games, videos, reading passages, and real-life scenarios to keep the learning dynamic and fun.

Each class is structured but flexible. We begin with a warm-up or revision of previous content, move into our main topic or grammar focus, and end with a speaking or creative activity to practice what you've learned. I also provide feedback and suggestions to help you improve outside of class.

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults from many cultural backgrounds. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your fluency and accuracy, I will meet you at your level and guide you with patience and encouragement.
