My lessons are engaging, creative, and energetic. My goal is for students to achieve their educational goals in a positive learning environment. I work with students at all levels of their learning and help them develop proper study habits and test taking skills. When learning becomes a fun and engaging experience then learning goals are achieved. My goals are facilitate that learning experience. I also engage parents in planning the learning experience. Many students have Individual Educational Plans that must be considered as part of the learning process. Other students have examples goals such as Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate students. Ultimately the goal is to meet students where they are, engage parents in the process, and work towards achieving their goals. Every student deserves the opportunity to develop their mental and physical abilities in order to become productive citizens in their communities and the world. As educators we have an important responsibility in making their success a reality. I strongly believe that together home, school, and community we can make this world a better place for all. I ask for the opportunity to work with students and parents to help one student at a time to make learning fun and engaging. Their is still a need for teachers to engage with students on a personal basis. Once again I look forward to working with all parties in order for students to receive a meaningful learning experience and develop skills that will make them lifelong learners in our society. Thanks.
