Alongside Qualified Teacher Status, I hold an LLB and PhD in Law. Since 2017, I have taught Law to hundreds of students at various levels and institutions. I teach with close attention to the specifications and requirements of exam boards including OCR, AQA, and WJEC Eduqas.

My method prioritises the cultivation of critical thinking skills necessary for you to excel in Law, informed by my years of experience learning, researching, and teaching in this challenging and fascinating subject. I teach with great care and patience, and employ a host of materials and example-based teaching to help you master both the substance and the higher-order skills of Law and legal thinking.

As your tutor, together we will identify your strengths and areas for improvement, and develop a targeted strategy for your study and examination practice. I am confident teaching to the specifications of exam boards including OCR, AQA, and WJEC Eduqas. This includes but is not limited to the subjects of the English and Welsh legal system, Public, Contract, Criminal, Tort Law, and law in action and practice.

Lessons will typically last one hour, although I am very happy to provide shorter or longer lessons to suit your schedule.
