He is very thorough in his teaching and is very knowledgeable about cooking and working out. He seems very passionate about his work and tries his best to satisfy his customers. Having a PT help you create your own personalized workouts as well as a well experienced chef that can help you prepare balanced meals is a must have, I strongly recommend his lessons to anyone, beginner or experienced, who may need assistance in either of the two. He wasn’t just there to help me, rather he really wanted to see me succeed and grow as a person. Well worth the money!
