Each lesson usually begins with a short mobility and warm-up, followed by targeted core and full-body exercises designed to improve strength, posture, flexibility, and body awareness. I guide you step-by-step through every movement, focusing on proper technique, breathing, and controlled movement to maximise results and prevent injury.
Depending on your goals, we can focus on core strengthening, toning, mobility, rehabilitation support, or overall fitness and conditioning. I often use bodyweight exercises and, if available, simple equipment such as resistance bands, light weights, or a Pilates reformer.
I have experience working with beginners as well as more advanced clients, and my teaching style is supportive, motivating, and focused on helping you feel stronger and more confident in your body.
