My sessions are fully led by you — there's no rigid structure or one-size-fits-all programme.
Every student is different, so before we dive in, I take time to understand what you're finding difficult, what your goals are, and what kind of support works best for you. From there, sessions might focus on things like goal-setting, building better study habits, managing stress or motivation, or simply having a space to think things through with someone in your corner. For HE and FE students especially, I understand how much pressure can come with that transition — balancing independence, deadlines, and figuring out what you actually want — and that's exactly where I can help.
Drawing on my background in psychology and my day-to-day work supporting students in further education, I bring both the knowledge and the practical experience to make our sessions genuinely useful. You'll always leave with something concrete to take away.
