I like to first learn about my student's objectives. In the course of getting to know them, I will also determine their competency needs and the kinds of materials that will serve their purposes. I like to give assignments to be completed during non-class time and expect to review the assignments at the next tutorial. I'm generally flexible and prefer interactive class time.
