I create a comfortable learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, fostering deeper comprehension and confidence in their abilities. My lessons focus on the specific requirements of the exams to ensure that students are well-prepared. I also always encourage my tutees to understand why something is true, rather than simply remembering facts; this is because properly understanding the material is crucial to write high answers in the long-essay questions.

Tutees (or their parents) consistently tell me that they, or their child, are much more confident with the subject than before tuition. Tutees also appreciate the relaxed atmosphere where all questions are welcome; they are often unable to ask the questions they would want to in school.
