My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to help students achieve their target grades with confidence. I focus on creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing a deeper understanding of the subject.

Each lesson follows a clear format. We typically begin by reviewing previous material or addressing any areas the student found difficult. I then introduce new concepts using clear explanations and real-world examples, particularly UK-based examples that help make topics easier to understand. After explaining the concept, we practise applying the knowledge through exam-style questions, structured answers, and problem-solving exercises.

A key focus of my teaching is exam technique and structured thinking, as many students lose marks due to poor structure rather than lack of knowledge. I guide students step-by-step on how to approach different types of questions and how to present their answers clearly to maximise marks.

All lessons are fully prepared in advance, with resources, examples, and practice questions ready for the session. This ensures the lesson time is used efficiently and remains focused on improving understanding and exam performance.

I have over 3,500 hours of tutoring experience, teaching students at GCSE, A-Level, and undergraduate degree level in subjects including Business, Economics, Accounting, and Maths. As both a private school teacher and a trainee Chartered Accountant, I combine academic knowledge with practical insight to help students truly understand the subject.

My aim is always to build students’ confidence, strengthen their understanding, and help them achieve the best results possible in an engaging way.
