Hello! My name is Sveva, and I am a native Italian speaker currently studying at the University of Westminster in London.

I have been working as a private tutor since May 2025, providing both in-person and online one-to-one lessons. Throughout this experience, I have worked with students of different ages and abilities, helping them develop confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their learning goals through personalised support.

My Italian lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for school exams, improving your conversation skills, or learning Italian for travel, work, or personal interest. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt the pace, materials, and teaching methods to suit each individual.

Lessons can include grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening and speaking practice, depending on your objectives. I place particular emphasis on building confidence and creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.

As someone who has studied and lived in different countries, I understand the challenges of learning and using foreign languages. My goal is not only to teach Italian, but also to help students feel comfortable communicating naturally and confidently.
